By purchasing any travel planning package or service from Roam Ritual, you agree to abide by the terms and policies outlined below.

To begin creating your itinerary, full payment in USD is required before work starts.

If your package includes restaurant, accommodation, or activity bookings, those costs will be billed separately once your final itinerary has been approved.

We currently process payments securely through Squarespace.

Our prices may change from time to time; however, once we’ve received payment for your selected package, your rate is locked in. Your price will only change if you choose to add extra services or upgrades.

Locked-in pricing applies to Roam Ritual’s service fees. Please note that third-party provider rates (e.g., hotels, restaurants, activities) may still change until confirmed and paid.

Discounts or promotional offers can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

Payments are refundable up to 7 days after booking, provided your first itinerary draft has not yet been delivered. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Once your first itinerary draft has been sent — whether by email or shared link, payments become non-refundable, even if you haven’t yet opened or reviewed the draft.

If any part of your services goes unused due to personal choice, scheduling conflicts, lack of response, missed deadlines, personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or not meeting entry requirements (e.g., passport, visa, vaccination), no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided. Roam Ritual is not obligated to modify, rebook, or compensate for any unused portion of the itinerary.

Your package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your booking details.

Your package covers the included revision rounds and any purchased add-ons. Any changes beyond that will be subject to an additional fee.

You have up to 45 days to review and request changes. If your travel dates are approaching, please ensure your final approved revision is submitted no later than 30 days before departure. If the revision process extends beyond these timelines, or if your booking was made close to your travel dates, Roam Ritual is not responsible for changes in availability of activities, restaurants, or accommodations. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the provider.

Roam Ritual creates custom itineraries, maps, recommendations, and booking services tailored to your trip.

We act solely as your travel planner and booking facilitator. We are not the direct provider of airlines, transportation, accommodations, restaurants, or tours, and therefore cannot guarantee their performance.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time they are made. If substitutions are necessary, we will make every reasonable effort to provide comparable alternatives within your budget, though exact matches are not guaranteed.

Digital itinerary materials (Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Slides) will remain accessible for 30 days after your final vacation date.

Please provide complete and accurate details when filling out intake forms so we can plan your trip effectively.

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all visa, passport, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination(s). Failure to do so may result in denied entry, and Roam Ritual cannot be held liable for related losses.

Budgets are based on the information you provide. Final costs may vary due to actual availability and market conditions.

If the revision process runs longer than recommended, or if you book close to your travel dates, activity, restaurant, and accommodation availability may change. Roam Ritual is not responsible for such changes, as all availability remains subject to provider confirmation.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, cancellations, delays, weather conditions, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), or actions by third-party providers. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, or extra costs caused by these circumstances.

All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the actual service providers.

We are not liable for currency fluctuations, tax changes, or fuel surcharges that may affect final pricing. Any such increases from providers or government entities will be your responsibility.

Roam Ritual will not be held responsible for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or communication disruptions.

All itineraries, maps, and documents are for your personal use only and may not be sold, distributed, or reproduced without written consent. Roam Ritual retains all copyrights.

You may not share, sell, or commercially distribute Roam Ritual’s itineraries or related materials. Unauthorized use will be subject to legal action.

We’re happy to work with your schedule, but it is strongly recommended that you respond as soon as you receive your first draft itinerary, any reworked itinerary, and your final itinerary. Delays in your response may result in missed booking opportunities, and Roam Ritual cannot be responsible for unavailability or increased costs due to late feedback.

We will make every effort to deliver within the stipulated timelines; however, all timeframes are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, workload, and your response times. Roam Ritual is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or increased costs resulting from delivery delays, regardless of cause.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in effect.

All disputes will first be addressed through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings are considered.

This document represents the full agreement between you and Roam Ritual, overriding any previous written or verbal agreements.
